It is difficult to tell right now, but a project similar to "The Flat" would use the skills learned in this class. I would create a vision of what America would be like if the Native Americans were never found. Christopher Columbus was swallowed up by waves in a storm and everyone carried on believing the world was flat. Tepees would be everywhere. Flash and Photoshop would be needed to create this fictitious world. There would be some pretty serious copyright infringement if it wasn't for the academic umbrella. Photos of Native Americans would have to be superimposed into predicted setting and circumstances, more details would have to be added, but that is the rough idea.
